Investment Opportunity

We are offering a turnkey structured investment under which Irish Investors can sell Solar Energy at a guaranteed income, to a German electrical company at a fixed rate over an extended time period, usually 20 years, thus providing a safe and predictable high return over the life of the investment. DAI provides the opportunity for companies and private individuals to invest in a long term stable investment within the renewable energy sector.

Strategic alliances have been secured with German Banks, Photovoltaic Module manufacturers, Solar Engineers and key personnel in the Renewable Energy sector. As this is not a syndicated fund type investment each individual investor has the benefit of 100% control of their investment at all times. Each client is provided with individual economic calculations along with a project analysis.

DAI will acquire an external Solar Engineers report, translated documents, negotiate contracts and arrange insurance and finance on your behalf. DAI will plan, deliver and mount your PV site ready to go and will provide ongoing management service with regular reports on your investment. Main

The minimum investment is €50,000. Due to the fact that this investment is low risk the German Banks are offering 90% non-recourse financing to Limited Companies and 60-90% financing to Sole Traders depending on the investors financial status.

In addition the rate of this finance is subsidised by .75% less than the nominal rate by the German Government. Once DAI appoints your designated roof space we will supply the nominated bank with all the necessary documentation with regards to the lease and maintenance contract, along with the initial engineers report, project analysis and economic calculations. After the preliminary Finance application has been approved, your German company and bank account will be established.

Your deposit from your Irish/UK account will then be transferred to your account in Germany. The German bank will then be expected to offer final approval once they have conducted their own independent solar evaluation of your nominated site. DAI will then be able to supply you with an approximate calculation of the income you can expect from your investment. The financing will be approved before sending your deposit to the Solar Company for the installation process.

After the final stages of the engineers report is completed, the roof will be registered with the Local Land Registry office on your behalf by DAI. As all payments are made either monthly or quarterly, DAI will organise your expenses accordingly.
